Different Scenarios of Divorce

Divorce is a social stigma in our society. It makes the lives of both the spouses hell after being divorced. Living a divorced life becomes a torture for both the departed ones as well as to their families.

In the earlier days, Divorce was granted only when either the spouses or any one of them was found guilty. Without proving that even filing for divorce was impossible. So later it was found that the spouses deliberately started indulging in some illegal activities just to get rid of each other.

In this way the lawyers came to know about all this. And thus taking an action against it, the court was compelled to start a new rule of “No-fault divorce”. In this case of no-fault divorce, divorce can be granted to the spouses even without indulging in any culpable act.

And it might become obvious in one’s mind that how can anyone get the divorce on following “no-fault divorce”. But in that one spouse has to first file a petition of divorce in the court and one copy of it are sent to the other spouse. And he/she will get some limited time to think over the issues and then accordingly they have to go to the court one day to solve the issues.

And if there is any problem regarding child custody and all, then it is also to be discussed on that very day. But if there are disputes between the spouses then the divorce procedure will take a long time.

It always comes in my mind that why people are even going for divorce. And I agree that fights happen between almost all couples. But if they are tackled in a good way then every issue can be solved. At least the issue can not get extended to the limit of filing for the divorce.

If all couples are smart enough then they cannot even think for taking the divorce no matter whether no-fault-divorce or with some fault. What you guys think?
