No Fault Divorce-No Reason Behind Taking the Divorce

Whenever I hear of anyone going for divorce, I really feel bad for the couple. It is just a matter of misunderstanding and it turns out be into such a huge decision of taking a divorce.

I think all couples which are not compatible with each other should not immediately go for this random decision. They should have a thought on this twice before going for any conclusion.

No fault divorce has solved the problems of all the couples. They can file for divorce on any damn reason or for that matter without the reason. This is where no fault divorce comes into picture.

Filing for divorce is a very lengthy procedure. It requires both the spouses to be mentally as well as physically strong. And you should be having ample time with you for doing all the formalities. You should always approach a professional for dealing with this procedure. He will guide you through the right channel and will help solve your queries.

As the divorce is a very serious matter and it involves the life of both the partners and that innocent child who doesn’t even know what his parents are going for. So thinking about the sake of their child after separation and many financial related matters come into their minds.

It obviously develops many questions in the minds of the couples. These are termed as divorce questions. These questions may be related to the child custody or child support and possibly to the property division after divorce.

Now you guys can also easily judge about the divorce thing. I was not wrong naming it as the hectic and the cumbersome dealing. You really have to work very well towards your relationship so that you won’t face any sort of problems in your happily married life.

Different Scenarios of Divorce

Divorce is a social stigma in our society. It makes the lives of both the spouses hell after being divorced. Living a divorced life becomes a torture for both the departed ones as well as to their families.

In the earlier days, Divorce was granted only when either the spouses or any one of them was found guilty. Without proving that even filing for divorce was impossible. So later it was found that the spouses deliberately started indulging in some illegal activities just to get rid of each other.

In this way the lawyers came to know about all this. And thus taking an action against it, the court was compelled to start a new rule of “No-fault divorce”. In this case of no-fault divorce, divorce can be granted to the spouses even without indulging in any culpable act.

And it might become obvious in one’s mind that how can anyone get the divorce on following “no-fault divorce”. But in that one spouse has to first file a petition of divorce in the court and one copy of it are sent to the other spouse. And he/she will get some limited time to think over the issues and then accordingly they have to go to the court one day to solve the issues.

And if there is any problem regarding child custody and all, then it is also to be discussed on that very day. But if there are disputes between the spouses then the divorce procedure will take a long time.

It always comes in my mind that why people are even going for divorce. And I agree that fights happen between almost all couples. But if they are tackled in a good way then every issue can be solved. At least the issue can not get extended to the limit of filing for the divorce.

If all couples are smart enough then they cannot even think for taking the divorce no matter whether no-fault-divorce or with some fault. What you guys think?
